Potty training is a multi-tiered process. Now that your child is potty training, diapers are yesterday's news. At this stage, it is all about consistency. You will not want to go back to diapers at this point, and training pants should be the next phase of potty training, with the ultimate goal of regular underwear.
We have specially designed these Cotton Training Pants for Girls by Potty Patty to fit loosely so that they can be pulled on and off by the toddler without adult help. Not only does this increase the chance of getting to the potty on time, but it also makes the whole process much more independent, which is the goal of this potty training system.
The padded potty training pants have an absorbent center panel that contains the accident but will make your toddler uncomfortable. This effect is deliberate; it will increase her awareness of her excretory function, especially when compared to diapers and pull-ups.
The potty pants feature breathable side panels, wide rib leg bands for a comfortable fit, and a center panel with fiber sponge for super absorbency.

Please note that these potty pants are not waterproof, and if you are worried about messes and leakages coming through the potty pants, we carry three other types of potty training pants that have a waterproof outer layer.
Love the thickness, however, bought them to fit my skinny child who was too small for the training undies available in store...they matched her weight/size, but were still too large. Also, the elastic waist gave out before I could use them on child 2.
Love them. I purchased these over underwear because even though my daughter is potty trained for a month now she still has accidents. She goes to Daycare and I have seen to many children have accidents on the play ground, hallway, in the room, and in the car. When I child pees all over herself she becomes very emotional and embarrassed I wanted to save may daughter from this embarrassment. My daughter is close to being pooped trained but even if shes poops in the potty pattys all I have to do is soak them in hot water, treat them with some stain remover and they are good as new. I also soak them for a few hours in the washing machine just to make sure they come clean. I used these to potty train my daughter and she picked it up right away. She didn't like the feeling of being wet. I only wish that these came is girl colors and didn't have potty patty all over. The white is nice but only because you can bleach them. I highly recommend them for you children even if you child is using the potty accidents can still happen. These are just like underwear but with some extra support.
